It is now spring time and summer is around the corner and you're looking to have a buff nice sexy body for the summer so you want to build muscle quickly. There are ways you can achieve your goal without going to the gym waiting around for that piece of exercise equipment to become available. As a matter of fact every man and, some women, are rushing this time of year to get to the weight training room when they can just go training outdoors.
