Does Cardio Exercises Really Help With Fat Loss

Many times you’ll hear lots of fitness experts telling people who is trying to lose weight to do cardio or cardio is the best exercise. Are they telling the truth? Cardio is great for the heart but when it comes to losing weight it really isn't the best way to lose the fat. The main reason is not just the exercise, but the routine.  

The problem with why most people struggle with fat loss is how they perform their cardio workouts. If you want to lose fat quickly you have to change up the routine. If you continue to do the same routines over and over again you will only burn a steady amount of calories and will lose weight slower than people who change up their routines. Doing the same cardio routines also causes your body to store calories because your body gets used to that routine. Plus when you first start out with the cardio, you burn the most calories during the 1st minute. Then you body conserves calories! People often think the longer they workout, the more they’ll burn. This is simply not true.

Instead of going to the gym getting on the treadmill, for one hour at the same speed, change it up a bit and get on other machines for a few minutes on each one. Exercise at different speeds.  Sometimes you can just stay home and ride a bike, jump rope, or jog. The key to the whole thing is to ride the bike slow for 5 minutes, then ride fast for 1 minute. Don’t keep the same pace throughout the workout. Change it up and have fun. You will burn more calories during your cardio workout.

Another big factor that keeps people, especially women, from losing fat is not including weights. Add some weights and build some muscle during the workout. Building muscle burns calories even after the workout is over. Don't worry if you don't have weights. You can take old milk jugs filled with water and use them as weights. These simple changes will help you to achieve your goals quicker. You’ll also get a sexy six pack.

Unhealthy Foods You Thought Were Healthy That's Preventing Fat Loss

So you think you are eating healthy? Think again, most people think they are eating healthy but in actually they are not. A vast majority of people are eating foods that are unhealthy and I’m not talking about burgers, French fries and chips. The unhealthy foods that I’m talking about are the most common foods we are told are healthy. Any one who is trying to lose weight need to take another look at what is in their pantry. 
Most often food companies want you to believe these foods are healthy for you but in reality these foods are unhealthy and may be sabotaging your weight loss efforts.
I am going to give you a list of these unhealthy foods; some may shock you.
·        Whole wheat and whole grain breads
·        Soy milk
·        Orange and apple juice
·        Skim milk
·        Sports drinks
·        Protein and granola bars
·        Fat free and diet foods (diet sodas, ice creams, etc,)
·        Canola oils, soy bean oils
·        Low fat foods (cheeses, cookies, margarines etc,)
·        Frozen and packaged dinners (especially the diet ones)
·        Rice cakes
·        Whole wheat and grain cereals, crackers, pasta and cereals.
·        And the list just goes on and on

You may be asking this question, but these foods are on the food pyramid? Sure they are but the food pyramid is the most deceiving plan for healthy eating. Food companies get together and make up this thing just to keep people buying their foods. They print healthy stuff on the labels such as low fat, natural, and other lies just to take your money.  These foods will actually make you fat and cause you to get sick and feel bad. The bottom line is the foods listed above are unhealthy foods that will only make it more of a dilemma for you to lose body fat. Your brain will be fooled into storing more body fat. These unhealthy foods will also increase your cravings for carbohydrates like some drug and you’ll more than likely eat more of them than you should. 


In order to transform your body into a fat burning machine, you need to eliminate these unhealthy foods. It's not that difficult to do.

The Best Exercise to Build Muscle Fast

The best exercise to build muscle fast is weight training. It’s great for fat loss and it’s a great way to target belly fat. Many people struggle to gain muscle because they don’t know where to start or what exercises to do. Below is a list of the best exercise to do that will build muscle fast.
·        Bench presses
·        Pushups
·        Dips
·        Bent over barbell lunges
·        Leg lunges
·        Pull ups
·        Push ups
·        Planks
·        Step ups
·        Squats
Do these exercises 3-4 days a week for 45 minutes. Don’t over work yourself especially if this is your first time. Do them with little rest in between for maximum results. The Worst Exercise For Abs You Should Avoid

Infomercials are always coming on TV with some clever product that is suppose to help you get flat abs. Have you ever seen the ab chair type crap that is suppose to end your journey of a flabby stomach forever? Sure you have. These people make it seem so easy to achieve fat loss but there’s a big problem with these little gadgets, they only target the stomach area. These ab machines, ab chairs and other little products that are supposedly good for fat loss and flat abs are actually bogus. They hire models with perfect bodies who never even once used those ab machines to promote to people who desperately want to have a flat stomach. This is how the creators of ab machines lure you in. They show you what you want and make it seem so good and BAM they got ya.

The models have personal trainers and nutritionist who help them keep the ripped abs they have. They work hard to get those nice bodies.

Ab machines, ab exercises such as crunches or sit ups will NOT get you the sexy abs you want. Avoid it at all cost. Don’t even focus on crunches or sit ups. The only thing you are going to do by doing this is make your stomach poke out even more than what you want it to. They absolutely don’t cause you to lose fat at whatsoever!

So what do you do to get sexy abs? You do real exercise and eat a sensible diet. Leave all the fads and diet pills out of your house. Don’t order that crap, it will cause you more harm than good anyway and you waste your money. Those infomercials are lies and it’s a way to get YOUR money!  Eat more fruits and veggies, drink 8-10 cups of water a day, add fiber to your diet and eat lean low fat meats and do high impact workouts and you will get the sexy abs you want.
