The Worst Exercise For Abs You Should Avoid

Infomercials are always coming on TV with some clever product that is suppose to help you get flat abs. Have you ever seen the ab chair type crap that is suppose to end your journey of a flabby stomach forever? Sure you have. These people make it seem so easy to achieve fat loss but there’s a big problem with these little gadgets, they only target the stomach area. These ab machines, ab chairs and other little products that are supposedly good for fat loss and flat abs are actually bogus. They hire models with perfect bodies who never even once used those ab machines to promote to people who desperately want to have a flat stomach. This is how the creators of ab machines lure you in. They show you what you want and make it seem so good and BAM they got ya.

The models have personal trainers and nutritionist who help them keep the ripped abs they have. They work hard to get those nice bodies.

Ab machines, ab exercises such as crunches or sit ups will NOT get you the sexy abs you want. Avoid it at all cost. Don’t even focus on crunches or sit ups. The only thing you are going to do by doing this is make your stomach poke out even more than what you want it to. They absolutely don’t cause you to lose fat at whatsoever!

So what do you do to get sexy abs? You do real exercise and eat a sensible diet. Leave all the fads and diet pills out of your house. Don’t order that crap, it will cause you more harm than good anyway and you waste your money. Those infomercials are lies and it’s a way to get YOUR money!  Eat more fruits and veggies, drink 8-10 cups of water a day, add fiber to your diet and eat lean low fat meats and do high impact workouts and you will get the sexy abs you want.
